New Wave or Back to Basics?

New Zealand appears at last to be recognising that our biggest challenge is in understanding and balancing international opportunities with our own skills and resource base. We can no longer rely on the “happy accidents” brought about by pure creativity (see blog October 30) to define our success in the business market place.
