I wish I had one of those types of plugs when I was tarvelling I had to carry about five different set ups for phone, laptop, and camera to cover the different countries. I say it is a great idea and hope it it becomes universally available soon
I do not think this is a good design solution but rather a cop-out! It does not address the underlying causes of homelessness. If you only deal with the symptoms you never change the underlying disease. redesign the banking system and reduce the number of billionaires. The US government has put more money into bailing out the banks than Unicef has stated is needed to rid the WORLD of hunger.

So you want to be a design thinker?
This video is a fun example of how a product can come to life using design thinking!
I have seen the video clip before, but I still think it is a perfect example of design thinking. It is thinking outside the box and if we are to survive in business in these difficult times I believe we all have to learn to think what we can do to solve the problem that is holding us back. We have to talk to staff, customers, even our competitors if that is possible, or at least some one in the same business line. There are some brilliant people walking around with great ideas which have not had the opportunity to release them. Go man go

"We used strategic design principles to solve a problem in our practice and we were very impressed with this approach. We now have an excellent enrolment process and patient pamphlet."
