Approach: We stand back to enable EverEdgeIP to review an organisation’s over-all IP portfolio using a "Whole of Portfolio" approach. It is essential to evaluate IP against the organisation's strategic plan, to identify areas of potential high value, protect appropriately, define commercialisation strategy and advise on divesting low value or unaligned IP.

Outcome: A number of designindustry’s clients are using this service and we are developing new models for leveraging valuable IP leading to commercial success.
